Biggest Lesson Learned After Being a Mom for 10 seconds ;-)

This isn't one of those posts where I am new to a role in life and pretend to be an expert and advise everyone on what to do. Nope. I'm a BRAND NEW mom, only 6 weeks in. I know nothing (outside of my maternal instincts). But I HAVE learned an important and huge lesson already. And that is: Don't judge other moms.

What I'm Loving

Here are a few of my favorite skincare/beauty items lately...

If you have oily skin, this Oil-Control Mask from Murad also doubles as a facial cleanser. I use it once or twice a week and it has reduced the appearance of oil on my face noticeably.

For oily and acne-prone skin. This toner works wonders. Contains 10% glycolic acid - if you experience dryness, reduce usage to every other day. The clarity of my skin has improved so much!

For breastfeeding moms - here is an organic option. Honestly, I alternate between this one and Lansinoh's lanolin version (which is a little thicker in consistency). This one is lighter with natural ingredients for those who are concerned about that.

Biggs and Featherbelle are my favorite brand for moisturizing my body. I have used their shea butter for years and when I became pregnant, I started using this Belly Balm. And though stretch marks can't always be prevented, I REALY think this helped. I didn't get any on my tummy and only got a few on my hips/thighs (I was more focused on my stomach).

This lightweight room/body spray with lavender is so relaxing! Also from Biggs and Featherbelle.
